Gold Medal of Houmayoun
This medal was founded in late 1920s in three different classes by Shah Reza Pahlavi. The first class medal is made of gold, second class of silver and the third class is a bronze one, all with the same appearance. The gold medal was offered to high level military and civil servants on their service for the empire and their honor. Unlike the silver and bronze medals, this class is nearly rare. The image of the front side of the medal resembles the order of Homayoun despite the difference in material and shape.
Silver medal of Homayoun
